You can collect B2B orders at selected Batida locations - you choose a place marked "B2B pickup" when you place your order.

Prefer delivery? We deliver by refrigerated van in Warsaw and the surrounding area, Monday to Saturday. You choose the time slot when ordering.

Questions we always get

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 200 zł net. Refrigerated delivery costs 40 zł net and is free from 1000 zł net. French macarons: min. 5 pcs per flavour.

How do the desserts travel?

In a refrigerated van, at a controlled temperature - they arrive exactly as they should. Lead time is 24 h or 48 h, shown on each product. We deliver Monday to Saturday. You choose the time slot when you order.

Outside Warsaw we deliver to 35 towns

How do I know what goes with my coffee?

Every product comes with a recommended bean origin and roast. You can also take our two-minute quiz or write to sklep@batida.pl telling us which profile you serve - we'll build your display around it.

What about ingredients and allergens?

With every product you buy you get a product sheet with a photo, full ingredients and allergens - download and print it straight from your account panel.

How does a tasting work?

Book a date in the Book a tasting section above or write to sklep@batida.pl. We bring a selection from our menu to your venue - or you can come to us. No strings attached, with good coffee.

What about invoices?

An invoice with every order, made out to the details on your business account.
