Hello! We’ll help you pick desserts for your coffee, open a business account or book a tasting.

Enter your NIP (Polish tax ID) and your company details fill in by themselves. You log in with a one-time code from your email, no password. No waiting for approval - the account works right away. You can order from November 2, 9:00.
Refrigerated delivery in Warsaw and the surrounding area costs 40 zł net and is free from 1000 zł net (after discount). We deliver Monday to Saturday; you choose the time slot when ordering. Pickup at selected boutiques and at our Pracownia pastry kitchen is free.
Tastings are on Tuesdays and Thursdays and take about an hour. We’ll bring a selection from our menu to your venue, or invite you to Batida Specialty at Giełdowa 5. You choose a date in the calendar, with no obligation.

Order 24H products by 21:00 the day before delivery or pickup, and 48H products at least 48 hours ahead. We don’t hand over orders on Sundays. You choose the day and time when ordering.
Free of charge at selected Batida boutiques and at our Pracownia pastry kitchen, ul. Przy Lasku 2. You choose a place marked “B2B pickup” when ordering, and at pickup you give your order number or company name.
The minimum order is 200 zł net. French macarons: at least 5 pieces per flavour.
Yes. Without a contract, a 5% discount switches on automatically after your 10th paid order. With a contract: 7% for 6 months and 10% for 12 months - agree the contract details with our sales team.
You pay online when you place the order. We issue a VAT invoice for every order to the company details in your account (with your NIP) and send it via KSeF, the Polish e-invoicing system.
The full ingredients are on every product page, with allergens in bold. In your business account you can also download a printable product sheet PDF with ingredients and allergens.
For every product we suggest the beans and roast it suits. You can also take our two-minute quiz or tell us which coffee profile you serve - we’ll build your display around it.
Our whole B2B range is in the online catalogue. Every product shows net prices, lead time (24H or 48H), ingredients and a coffee pairing tip.
