At the beginning we offer a powder-pink meringue with navy blue and vanilla cream, which melts in the mouth, leaving a light, refreshing aftertaste. We decorated the meringue with powder-pink French macaroon with raspberries, which introduces a note of dry taste into our set and balances sweetness.
Another delicacy in our set is a PTS with vanilla filling with mascarpone cheese and raspberries, which combines exceptional lightness and delicacy. At the top of Puff, we placed crunchy white chocolate, which we decorated with edible gold.
