B2B Double Chocolate Cookies with Salt
A double dose of chocolate: a full-cocoa dough and melting chunks of dark chocolate, with sea salt flakes on top that draw out all the depth of the cocoa. Moist as a brownie in the middle, crisp at the edges. A classic in its darkest version - for espresso.
