A wedding cake is not just the sweet finishing touch, it is also a real item in the budget. How much does a wedding cake cost in 2026? It depends on the number of servings, the number of tiers and the decorations. For the ready-made models in our wedding cake collection, the price starts from PLN 34 per serving. Below we explain what the cost is made of, how to count servings for 100 guests and how to order a cake from our Warsaw patisserie.
Wedding cake price 2026: from PLN 34 per serving
In the wedding cake collection, every serving of a given model costs the same, so the price of the cake depends mainly on the number of servings. Price per serving for the ready-made models:
- Minimal: from PLN 34 per serving,
- Electric Purple: from PLN 41 per serving,
- Vintage: from PLN 41 per serving.
For a made-to-order design we prepare an individual quote.
Example: how much does a wedding cake for 100 guests cost?
For a wedding with 100 guests, count about 100 servings. The price depends on the number of servings and the chosen model, and starts from PLN 34 per serving. If you also plan a sweet table or individual desserts, you can order fewer servings of cake, because guests will take several desserts.
What affects the price of a wedding cake
Number of servings and tiers. This is the main factor. Up to about 30 servings the cake has one tier, from 40 to 80 servings two, and from 90 servings three tiers.
Flavour and ingredients. In our wedding cakes you choose one of five flavours: chocolate mousse (70% Barry Callebaut chocolate), Miłości (white chocolate and passion fruit), Duet (white and milk chocolate with feuilletine), Red Velvet (mascarpone, white cheese and raspberries) or blackcurrant. For the ready-made models, the choice of flavour does not change the price.
Decorations. Minimal is decorated with long dried flowers, Electric Purple with fresh flowers in shades of purple and edible gold, and Vintage with cream ruffles and fresh raspberries. The flowers on the cake are an inedible decoration. For a made-to-order design, we include the decorations in the individual quote.
Project complexity. The more handwork, the more time we spend on the cake. A minimalist cake is usually cheaper than a richly decorated one.
Serving style. An alternative to the traditional cake is individual desserts. Classic individual desserts cost from about PLN 25 each with us (e.g. cream slice PLN 25, Miłości PLN 29, Duet and Chocolate mousse PLN 32).
Made-to-order wedding cakes: how to order
All our made-to-order wedding cakes are made by hand in our pastry kitchen. Here is how it works, step by step:
- Browse our wedding Lookbook and pick your inspiration.
- Write or call us and tell us about the occasion: date, number of guests, mood, colours.
- Within 1 working day we send back the design and the quote.
- We bake and decorate by hand.
- You pick up the cake at the patisserie, or we deliver it to the address you give us.
We need at least 120 hours to make a cake, that is 5 days. We do not take orders for Sundays. Personalised cakes start from 15 servings.
Before you decide, you can come to a wedding tasting. You will try five flavours (60 minutes, Giełdowa 5 patisserie), and drinks for two are included. The tasting costs PLN 150 per couple, and if you order a wedding cake above PLN 1000, we deduct it from the price of the cake.
Wedding cake Warsaw: pick-up and delivery
We have been a Warsaw patisserie since 1990. You can pick up your wedding cake free of charge at one of our patisseries (Puławska, Giełdowa, Rakowiecka, Plac Vogla, Królewska, Stara Papiernia in Konstancin) or at our Pracownia pastry kitchen at ul. Przy Lasku 2. Pick-up is possible from 10:00, at the pastry kitchen from 8:30.
If you prefer delivery, we bring the cake in our refrigerated van:
- Warsaw PLN 48, Warsaw area PLN 75,
- delivery is available for orders from PLN 200, free from PLN 500,
- time windows: Mon-Fri 10:00-12:00, 12:00-14:00, 15:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-14:00 and 14:00-17:00,
- morning delivery Mon-Fri 8:00-10:00 costs an extra PLN 30.
We keep the cake at 1-6°C. We do not ship cakes by courier to other cities, delivery covers Warsaw and the surrounding area only.
